Ø  To be noted that any notice or complaint submitted should be true and free from material error, must be submitted under penalty of perjury. Fake or vague notice may lead to personal liability; therefore, you are advised to consult with legal advisor before initiating such step.

Company has appointed trained and designated staff to handle such complaints in speedy and legal manner. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, you may submit notice of such infringement in written, which must contain-

             i.        Details of copyright infringed

           ii.        Details specifying the location infringed material on our platform

          iii.        Name, address, contact details of person concerned

          iv.        Written statement that you are the owner/agent and your content that has being infringed

            v.        Written statement made under penalty of perjury that your notice is true and free from any vague, declaration by you agent/owner

          vi.        Verified by signature
