Service Pricing

The price of services provided by users on KeeKaw is governed by the dynamic pricing algorithm. When a certain user requests a service, the price of the service will be dependent on availability of users that can provide that service in the time-zone of the user requesting the service. There are multiple factors that can impact the price of the service including the type of service, the availability of providers and so on. The platform (KeeKaw) reserves the right to revise the price for services provided by users.

 

Product Pricing

The price of a Product on KeeKaw is defined by the Seller. The platform does charge a certain percentage as commission to the seller. The price shown to the user buying the product is all inclusive.

 

Cancellation of Subscription to KeeKaw Premium Membership

The monthly subscription to KeeKaw premium membership can be cancelled. It will be applicable for all future charges for the future months of subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

The subscription bought for 3 months, can be cancelled. Just like the monthly subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current tri monthly billing period.  You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current tri monthly billing period.

 

Return/Cancellation of Services Bought

The service bought by a user can only be cancelled till 72 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service. Once this deadline is passed, the user will either need to avail the service or forfeit the amount paid for buying the service that is not availed. In case the Service is cancelled before the deadline, the user will get the amount spent on buying the service less 5% fees for cancellation. If the user does not join the event scheduled for the service, he/she will forfeit the amount spent for buying the service.

 

Return/Refund on the Product Bought

As the product(s) are generally in soft form, the seller will specify whether a product can be returned after purchase or not. If a product is identified as returnable, the user will be able to return the product till 48 hours after it has been bought. In case the user returns the product before the deadline, they will get a full refund. After the deadline is passed, the product cannot be returned.

 

Refund will be done within 5-7 working days after a cancellation request has been made.
