Individuals, businesses, groups, gamers, streamers, visitors etc “Community” is supreme and Important over all to Keekaw. Its impossible to make this platform a gamers social universe without this community. But before we step to making this a universe, we should follow some guidelines and ensure safety of all.
Safety is such concept which is never enough for any individual or community. We want to promote and stimulate a healthy community that fosters and safeguards the abilities and activities of such community individuals. We aim at creating a legal, harmless and positive platform, henceforth we initiate together to promote safety and peace with combined efforts of community. This starts with community guidelines, which will be setting down fair and expected activities of such community. This shall be followed and observed to curb down the physical and emotional harms, social and financial losses of our users, community, company and public-at-large.
This document sets out the do’s and don’ts, which apply to whole data, content, users and their accounts. Actions will be taken if found contravening. We consider our community guidelines to be a living document and we work with all community individuals to review and update this guideline regularly. Below are the guidelines-
1. Suicidal or Impulsive Behaviour
Harming, negligent or reckless behaviour can cause danger to you and community. We want everybody to initiate and participate in such sensitive discussions and want our platform to be a preference to do so. However, company does not promote, assist, aid, or advocate such behaviour, but we make efforts to prevent such activities on platform and off-platform as well.
2. Brutality and threats
Such acts like ultimatums, threats, cruelty, impersonation, spam, scams, evasion are not promoted by us and company takes such actions in serious way, accounts related to such activities will be suspended, or strict action can be taken.
3. Terrorism and hatred
Company does not allow any activities that promote unlawful violence and spread hatred or introduces terrorism. This could result in physical harm to any person or property, hence such activities will not be tolerated.
4. Sexual violation/ harassment/ violence
Acts such as sexual violations, molestation, harassment, abuse, etc are considered as serious offence. Such activities will not be tolerated and strict action can be taken. This will also result into suspension of account.
5. Youth Safety
Company prohibits and disallows any such activities which are detrimental to youths and injures their life, includes abuse, exploitation or any misconduct. We are in support of laws and organizations working against such activities; hence we do not promote or tolerate any such activities which endangers youths’ life.
6. Offline Behaviour
For community individuals and streamers and viewers, we aim to create a safe and peaceful platform, we believe any offline and off service breach/behaviour can be a safety risk to community, company and platform. Therefore, if such contravention is traced offline, can lead to suspension of account or any action. Users can also report such activity by contacting us.
7. Unauthorized sharing of data
Sharing, endorsing or misrepresentation of other’s sensitive data is not permissible and is deemed as danger to community, hence we don’t recommend such activities, if found, strict action can be taken.
8. Discrimination and Harassment
Company will not promote or allow any type of harassment or hatred in any form in any way. Company does not permit any behaviour which involves any discrimination based on caste, sex, colour, religion, gender, disability, etc. involvement in such activities will not be tolerated and strict action can be taken.
9. Contravening law or illegal conduct
For the sake of safety and peace and harmony, we want our community to respect all respective laws, applicable locally, nationally, internationally while using our services. We require users to respect and follow all relevant IPR laws and do not violate them.
10. Adult or explicit content
Any sensitive or explicit content like mutilation, death & blood, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, adult content, nudity, etc. are prohibited. Such acts will be counted as contravention and amount to offence. Strict action will be taken against such acts.
11. Forbidden games
We prohibit any activity or games which contravenes these policies and violate law. Broadcasting or showcasing such activities will be counted as offence, strict action can be taken, activities like betting, gambling are counted for same.
12. Tag
We require you to tag your content to best of your ability and choose the best tags possible in order to increase the reach of your content.
